Job Scope:

• Make outbound calls to introduce the company's loan consultation services.
• Follow up on leads and customer enquiries via phone/WhatsApp.
• Collect customer information and update records into the system.
• Arrange appointments between customers and loan consultants.
• Achieve call and appointment targets set by the company.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• No experience needed — training provided.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and target-driven.
• Basic computer literacy.
