1.1. To carry out Sales & Collection duties.
1.2. To conduct market survey on demand for existing and new items.
1.3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure only quality products are delivered to customers, on time.
1.4. To conduct market survey on market pricing of competitors’ products.
1.5. To monitor sales and collection.
1.6. To ensure credit limit is adhered to.
1.7. To prompt customer sales service.
1.8. To assist Production Manager on their daily job such as attendance and leave.
1.9. To assist Production Executive in preparing daily production output report.
2.0 To prepare necessary forms such as Purchase Requisition and other production accessories.
2.1. To help in record keeping and systematic filing of all important Production documents.
2.2. To convey important notices to Production personnel.
2.3. Responsible to ensure all controlled documents are filed and kept properly.
2.4. Other task assigned by superior.
Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
