• Experinces years in HR and admin.
• To manage full spectrum of HR and admin functions including payroll, compensation & benefits administration, HR documentation and administration
• Knowledge in SMETA Audit
• recruitment in foreign worker and permit renewal
• Must have UBS PAYROL knowledge
• Handle statuary payment such as EPF, incomeTax, SOCSO, EIS & HRDF etc
• Update monthly attendance and prepare payroll.
• Handling external and internal communication for contract workers recruitment in preparing documents, work records, permit renewal
• Perform any other relevant administrative duties of the Company as at when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Muar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
• malay (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
