The program will provide the trainees with real hands-on learning experience to equip them with a holistic view of our operation and business as a whole as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the organization.

We are now inviting young talent who possesses the criteria we are looking for to join our Management Trainee Program for our Maintenance Division.

Selection criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with min CGPA 3.2
• Fresh graduates or less than two years working experience
• Active in co-curricular activities
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Strong troubleshooting / problem solving and critical thinking
• Resourceful, self-motivated, committed, driven and eager to succeed
• Good time management and able to multitask and prioritize tasks based on high self-urgency
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Fast learner and eager to explore and learn something new
• Able to perform with under obstacles and less supervision
• Expose to and contribute new idea for betterment of process and operations
• Flexible and adaptable to new changes or ideas
• Able to prepare and present the presentation

Job functions:

• Ensure that client’s requirement is met by maintaining a high standard of professionalism, quality, efficiency and safety in the performance of completion operations
• Responsible for the safe, efficient performance, management, and administration of logging operations at a customer’s well site
• Adhere to department standards and Standard Service Procedure
• Maintain a high Service Quality and Safety during field job execution
• Liaise and update with Operation Engineer and Field Service Manager on daily operation status
• Ensure availability of equipment, spares and consumables based on job plan.
• Ensuring that all equipment is compatible with well completion accessories
• Inspect tools and carry out function test at surface to ensure they are functioning perfectly and the use of correct size/type tool for the job to be done
• Providing Real-Time Data Acquisition and other well site analysis and decision-making processes.
• Troubleshooting for tools, tool inventory and supervision of equipment movement to and from well site.
• Promptly communicate and accurately report operational difficulties or problems, which may be encountered
• Ensure operational conformance to Company quality manual/procedure and other in-house establish standards operation procedure (SOP).
• To control quality of our services during all phases of the operation and to ensure that products of highest quality are delivered to the client.
• Implement site quality control measures
• Monitor and plan preventive maintenance (PPM) (pre use and after used) as per approved equipment maintenance program
• Ensure the proper technical documentation is recorded and forwarded to operations

Work location:

• Labuan, Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
