• Mengkaji kontrak dan dokumen perjanjian untuk memahami keperluan, tanggungjawab, dan hak-hak yang berkaitan dengan kerja elektrik yang dilaksanakan.
• Menyediakan dokumen tuntutan yang lengkap dan terperinci mengenai perubahan ruang lingkup kerja, perubahan dalam reka bentuk, atau perubahan dalam keadaan tapak yang mempengaruhi kos dan masa projek.
