Skop Kerja: Runner Tempe
1. Penghantaran Produk
Menghantar tempe siap kepada pelanggan, peniaga, pasar, atau kedai runcit mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.
Memastikan penghantaran dilakukan tepat pada masa dan dalam keadaan produk yang baik.
Menyusun dan mengatur produk tempe dengan kemas semasa penghantaran.
2. Pengambilan Barang
Mengambil bahan mentah atau keperluan lain (seperti plastik pembungkus, daun, dan sebagainya) dari pembekal jika diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
Memastikan semua barangan yang diambil lengkap dan dalam keadaan baik.
3. Komunikasi dengan Pelanggan
Berkomunikasi secara sopan dan profesional dengan pelanggan semasa penghantaran.
Mengambil pesanan tambahan atau maklum balas daripada pelanggan dan menyampaikannya kepada pihak pengurusan atau penyelia.
4. Penjagaan Kenderaan
Menjaga kebersihan dan penyelenggaraan asas kenderaan penghantaran (jika disediakan oleh majikan).
Memastikan kenderaan berada dalam keadaan selamat dan boleh digunakan setiap hari.
5. Rekod dan Pelaporan
Menyimpan rekod penghantaran seperti resit, borang pesanan, atau dokumen lain jika diperlukan.
Melaporkan sebarang isu semasa penghantaran, seperti kelewatan, kerosakan produk, atau pelanggan tidak menerima barang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
