Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. If you are passionate about people, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions, including office management and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
• To handle ad-hoc matters/ projects assigned, office administration and any other operation matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
