Tanggungjawab Utama

• Mengendalikan transaksi pembayaran menggunakan sistem POS (Point of Sale) dengan tepat dan cekap.
• Menerima pembayaran secara tunai, kad debit/kredit, e-wallet dan kaedah pembayaran lain yang diluluskan.
• Memastikan baki wang tunai (cash float) mencukupi sebelum memulakan syif.
• Mengeluarkan resit kepada pelanggan bagi setiap transaksi.
• Memastikan jumlah wang tunai dan rekod jualan adalah tepat pada akhir syif.
• Memberikan layanan yang mesra, sopan dan profesional kepada semua pelanggan.
• Membantu pelanggan berkaitan pertanyaan harga, promosi dan lokasi produk.
• Memastikan kawasan kaunter sentiasa bersih, kemas dan teratur.
• Melaporkan sebarang masalah berkaitan sistem POS, transaksi atau kekurangan wang kepada PIC/Supervisor dengan segera.
• Membantu proses pembungkusan (packing) barangan pelanggan sekiranya diperlukan.
• Mematuhi semua SOP syarikat berkaitan operasi kaunter, keselamatan wang tunai dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
• Membantu tugasan operasi lain yang diarahkan oleh PIC, Supervisor atau pihak pengurusan apabila diperlukan.

Tanggungjawab Tambahan

• Membantu mengisi semula barangan berhampiran kaunter pembayaran.
• Membantu memastikan stok beg plastik, resit dan keperluan kaunter sentiasa mencukupi.
• Menjaga kerahsiaan maklumat syarikat dan pelanggan.
• Hadir bekerja mengikut jadual syif yang ditetapkan.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
