• Must have knowledge, skill and expertise in assorted French pastries, cakes, pies, and specialty items. Must be able to produce ‘quality’ items with efficiency and perfection.
• Produce pastries, cakes, pies and specialty items according to inventories and estimates that are established.
• Be able to log production charts on a daily basis.
• Dispose of leftover food items.
• Be able to make comparable decisions when necessary.
• Be able to produce quality items according to Hatten standards.
• Be able to teach and share knowledge and skills with others.
• Ensure that 39 Points Check List is being followed monthly.
• Assists the Executive Chef in planning dessert menu, desserts for functions or any other special orders as required.
