Role Overview
Are you a creative visual storyteller who loves building online communities and connecting with parents? We are looking for a unique, hybrid Social Media Designer & Preschool Enrolment Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind growing our preschool’s digital presence and acting as the first welcoming guide for families. You will split your time between creating organic content (cheerful graphics and simple short-form videos) to build a loyal follower base of parents, and managing inbound WhatsApp inquiries—answering questions, recommending the right preschools, and routing qualified parents to the right school.

Key Responsibilities1. Organic Social Media Growth & Creative Design (50%)

• Follower & Community Building: Brainstorm and execute engaging organic content pillars (parenting tips, student highlights, educational milestones) to steadily increase our social media follower count and community engagement.
• Creative Content & Simple Videos: Design visually warm, cheerful graphics and engaging short-form videos (FB / IG / YT) that showcase authority in the subject.
• Advertising Visuals: Develop high-converting ad graphics and video hooks specifically optimised for social media advertising campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a clean, unified, and family-friendly brand aesthetic across all digital platforms.

2. WhatsApp Chat Consultation & Enrolment Routing (50%)

• Parent Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for parents inquiring about childcare, nursery, or kindergarten slots coming directly from our organic posts and ad campaigns.
• Consultative Program Advising: Chat empathetically with parents via WhatsApp to understand their child’s age, developmental needs, and scheduling preferences. Recommends the ideal school. Training provided.
• Speed & Empathy: Maintain fast response times while delivering warm, reassuring, and highly professional text-based customer service to anxious or curious parents.

Requirements

• Technical Design & Video Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and mobile video editing tools like CapCut. Ability to film and edit quick, clean videos for organic social media algorithms. (A portfolio of previous social media work or content creation samples is required).
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written communication skills. Must be able to chat with parents in a polite, reassuring, patient, and professional tone.
• Language Proficiency: English
• Industry Mindset: An affinity for the early childhood education sector. A warm, family-oriented mindset is crucial for building trust with parents.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Content Creation, Customer Success, or Social Media Management. Fresh graduates with strong video and design portfolios are welcome to apply.
