Jawatan Kosong Key Operator cum Technician in Shah Alam

Job Description & Job Specification for

Position: Key Operator cum Technician

Report to: Supervisor / Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:
a. Identification of daily production planning / target. b. Execute the allocation of qualified manpower and correct material for daily production at every workstation is properly arranged before production starts. c. Physically check each workstation daily set up to ensure they meets the required Standard Operating Procedure and Set Up Specification with reference to the daily production schedule/manufacturing instruction. d. Inspect, check and monitor all facilities and equipment is in good working condition before production starts. e. Trouble shooting and handling of daily nonconformance events at all workstation, and report
non-conformance event, segregation and identification of non-conformance items by making use of appropriate traceability records to identify before use and after used non-conforming items. f. Rectification of daily process rejects (screening & rework). Quick disposition of non-conforming items to prevent unintended uses and further deterioration. g. Ensure the use of all required safety equipment at all workstations. h. Compile Daily Production Output Report from all workstations and ensuring all report is done accurately. i. Responsible in maintaining all plant machinery and equipment. j. Be able to troubleshoot and repair plant machinery and equipment breakdowns. k. Carry out mechanical and technical preventive and scheduled repair / maintenance. l. Assist in maintaining and recording mechanical spare parts and inventory. m. Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by management from time to time.


Requirements:
a. 3-5 years working experience in manufacturing environment. b. Preferably to have Diploma in Engineering disciplines. c. Able to speak and write English & Bahasa Malaysia. d. Able to work independently. e. Able to work overtime when needed.
