Job Scope:

• Greet walk-in showroom visitors and respond to online inquiries via phone, email, or social media regarding motorcycles and the purchasing process
• Conduct product demonstrations, arrange test rides, and increasingly host live-streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram to generate digital leads.
• Work to hit monthly and individual sales quotas for bikes.
• Possess good product knowledge to advise customers professionally
• Actively engage on social media and create weekly marketing content
• Work closely with sales & marketing team
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Confident, fun, energetic & comfortable speaking with customer.
• Interest in motorcycles is a big advantage
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, plus comfort with digital marketing and social media live-selling.
• Basic communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia/English)
• Chinese/Tamil or other languages speaking, is an added advantage and we are welcome you to be part of the team
