Introduction

As a Business Development Manager at Trip.com, you will be responsible for driving growth within the Attractions, Tours, F&B, Events vertical by identifying strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and expanding our portfolio of offerings. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's expansion strategy, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance our customers' travel experiences.



In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth objectives in the Attractions, Tours, F&B, & Events vertical.
  • Responsible for local activities products developing and sourcing management, supplier relationship maintenance, cooperation agreement signing and negotiation according to company strategy and policy;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technology teams to integrate new offerings seamlessly into Trip.com's platform.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and market gaps.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry players and stakeholders to drive business expansion and innovation.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling, and promotional initiatives.

What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales roles within the travel, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of attractions, tours, F&B, events ecosystem with established industry networks.
  • Experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
