Outlet Crew / VR Entertainment Staff

Location: Genting Highlands, PahangSalary: RM3,000 + CommissionAccommodation: Provided

We are looking for responsible and enthusiastic Outlet Crew to join our VR Entertainment outlet in Genting Highlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily outlet operations
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain VR experiences and assist customers with VR equipment
• Handle ticket sales, payments and basic cashier duties
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organized and presentable
• Assist with customer enquiries and resolve basic customer issues
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Perform other duties related to outlet operations when required

Requirements

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, hardworking and proactive
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in retail, customer service or entertainment is an advantage
