Gamma Scientific Research Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies September 2026

Job description:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders to suppliers.
• To follow up and monitor customers’ deliveries.
• Communicate with both principals and customers regarding late deliveries and request an extension and tax exemption from customers.
• Responsible for purchasing office supplies and other miscellaneous items.
• To ensure that documentation is filed in a proper manner.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
• Attend to various ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job requirements:

• Candidates possess Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in operations and administration.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Express.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountable, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
