Content & Social Media Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Content & Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence on TikTok for our bakery & café brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily TikTok account operations
• Plan creative content ideas & monthly posting calendar
• Shoot and edit TikTok videos (short-form content)
• Create trending, engaging, and viral-style content
• Understand TikTok trends, sounds, hashtags & algorithm
• Feature products, promotions, behind-the-scenes & café lifestyle content
• Monitor comments / community engagement
• Analyze video performance and improve strategy
• Work with marketing team on campaign launches
• Research competitors and trending content ideas

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in TikTok / Social Media Management
• Proven portfolio of TikTok accounts managed before
• Able to shoot & edit videos independently
• Familiar with CapCut / Canva / basic video editing
• Understand TikTok trends, hooks, captions & audience engagement
• Strong creative sense and branding aesthetic
• Mandarin speaking is a bonus
• Experience in F&B / bakery / café content is preferred

Bonus if candidate has:

• Experience creating viral videos
• Experience working with influencers / KOL / KOC
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Ads
• Comfortable appearing in videos / directing content shoots
