• Candidate must possess Diploma or Certificate in Building/ Construction/ Civil Engineering.
• At least 1-2 Years of working experience in building/construction industry or fresh graduate.

• Able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate all site activities in accordance with outlined construction schedule.
• To ensure all construction works are carried out as per Construction Drawings & Specifications.
• To oversee/supervise work in progress for workers productivity & also to ensure minimum wastages on material usage.
• To ensure that the works is built to quality standard with minimum defects.
• To participate in all sub-contractors’ meetings etc.
• To handle the complaints received and resolve them within the time frame.
• To organise the workflows for sub-contractors and worker
