HIRING NOW – RESTAURANT MANAGER

Full-Time Position
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500
Handphone Allowance: RM100/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth outlet performance
• Drive sales growth and manage operational costs effectively
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant team members
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety requirements
• Deliver an excellent dining experience for customers
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support succession planning and team development
• Act as Manager-On-Duty (MOD) on rotating shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary School qualification with relevant restaurant/F&B experience
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, manpower planning, purchasing, and customer service
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and improve
• Professional appearance and high standard of personal hygiene
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
