Jawatan Kosong Junior Accountant in Kuala Lumpur

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations

• Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

• Preparing payments for creditors

• Filling documentation

• Keying all transactions of debit-credit live into Xero on a daily basis

• Review and verify the accuracy of account balances and classifications and makes recommendations to correct errors as appropriate

• Scanning all documentation as supporting documents & attach them to the Xero system

• Supporting team along with support for business growth and expansion

• Liaise with both internal & external stakeholders directly

• Following up on the outstanding payments & upon receipt of payment will immediately upload into the system live

• Banking of cheques from the customers

• Monthly billing to be done strictly timely

• Reconciliation of monthly bank statements

• Entering accurate list payments to our service guy by checking into our client's invoices

• Provide timely reports and feedback to the management

• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time

• Preferably have more than 1 year of relevant working experience in the accounts and finance field

• 1-2 years Experience related field

• Possess relevant certification

• Good communication and writing skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet

• A good team player, dedicated & able to work independently

• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Must be familiar with Accounting software

• Familiar with Autocount is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
