• Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan; dan
• Kepujian (sekurang-kurangnya Gred C) dalam subjek Bahasa Melayu pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.
• Keutamaan kepada calon yang menetap di Negeri Perlis.
• Keutamaan kepada calon yang berpengalaman dalam bidang pentadbiran.
• Waktu bekerja Isnin hingga Jumaat: 8.30 pagi – 5.30 petang (tertakluk kepada arahan).
• Kadar bayaran yang ditetapkan untuk jawatan Pekerja Sambilan adalah mengikut pembayaran kadar gaji minima secara harian berdasarkan hari bekerja.
