Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: Logistics & Operations Officer/ Logistics Executive
• Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 6 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am – 12 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with supplier and customer for order shipment
• Prepare documentation – issue DO, Service Reports, import/ export shipping documents, etc
• Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods
• Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas
• Tracking of shipments
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement
• Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor
