About the role

Become the voice of our brand as our new Social Media and Content Executive at All Cosmos Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for creating and curating engaging content to grow our online presence and connect with our audience on social media.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across key platforms
• Create high-quality, visually appealing social media posts and digital content
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages from our followers in a timely and professional manner
• Analyse social media and content performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and content marketing best practices

What we're looking for

• 2 years and above of experience in a similar social media and/or content marketing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of Mandarin, and engage with Mandarin speaking client.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, content creation tools and analytics
• Creativity and an eye for design to produce visually appealing content
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of digital marketing and video editing
