Job description

1. Lead the team (photography, sales, staff, service and outlet) to achieve company goal, percap, sales, capture rate.
2. Prepare the schedule/timetable for the team.
3. Control the labor costing.
4. Assist and ensure the team able to achieve the maximum percap/sales.
5. Creative to lead the team and able to implement the sales.
6. Ensure all equipment/stock sales tally and in good conditions.
7. Able to solve any issue at outlet with minimum supervision from the management.
8. Prepare the daily basis and sales report (daily, weekly and monthly) and submit to HQ within the dateline.

Other Requirement:-
1. Must be between 25 to 40 years old.
2. 2 to 4 years experience .
3. Able to work in various location in Malaysia.
4. Able to relocate and travel.
5. Able to work on shift hour.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Good Looking
8. Self-motivated
9. Independent
