Job Description

• Host professional, high-impact live selling sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live.
• Deliver confident, persuasive, and conversion-focused product presentations aligned with brand voice.
• Engage actively with viewers, handle objections, and guide purchase decisions in real-time.
• Analyze live session performance data, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Marketing Team to develop sales campaigns, promotional bundles, and live strategies.
• Plan, script, record, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media.
• Act as a key face of the MommyHana brand during all live sessions and promotional content.
• Set up live equipment, manage scheduling, and report on technical or sales issues post-session.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate benefits persuasively and accurately.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide professional service before, during, and after live sessions.
• Stay updated on current trends, viral content formats, and live commerce strategies to optimize performance.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and on-screen charisma at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a professional Live Host.
• Minimum Diploma in any related fields; Degree is an added advantage
• Strong Malay communication skills (English is an added advantage).
• Strong on-screen presence, persuasive, trend-aware, disciplined, and performance-driven
• Strong understanding of social media trends, live commerce strategies, and viral marketing
• Required to achieve and exceed monthly KPI within first 3 months; expected to drive higher revenue performance
