Jawatan Kosong Marketing Executive Telemarketer - Onsite in Johor Bahru

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate sales leads.
• Engage potential clients through effective communication, building relationships, and understanding their needs.
• Follow up on leads, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Write clear, persuasive, and original copy for advertising, websites,and other marketing materials.
• Manage and oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketer or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
• Experience in content generation for marketing purposes.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
