JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding of printing and production processes.
• Good attention to detail and observation skills.
• Able to identify basic printing and production quality issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to follow work instructions and complete production tasks within the required timeframe.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Basic reading and writing skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese.
• Basic Mathematics skills.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operate printing and production machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Assist with printing, cutting, folding, packaging and other production activities.
• Inspect printed materials to ensure product quality, quantity and specifications meet requirements.
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Follow the production schedule and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Handle raw materials and finished products properly to prevent damage and material wastage.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized production area.
• Follow company safety regulations, production procedures and quality standards.
• Report any machine breakdowns, production issues or quality problems to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

SALARY

With Experience: RM1,900 – RM2,500
No Experience: RM1,700
