Retail Sales Assistant – Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
• Support achievement of individual and store sales targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and displays
• Replenish stock and assist with stock receiving when required
• Process transactions accurately (cashless and other payment methods)
• Follow company procedures for store operations and security

Retail Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and team coordination
• Guide team members to meet sales and service expectations
• Monitor staff attendance and task assignments
• Ensure store presentation meets company standards
• Assist in inventory control and stock management
• Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure transactions and store procedures are carried out correctly
• Provide basic coaching and support to team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
