Jawatan Kosong Executive, Laboratory & QAQC in Kubang Pasu

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASK

1. To assist Head, Laboratory and QAQC in managing administrative for Laboratory and QAQC department which include manpower, equipment, media and reagents, budget, SOP, and others.

2. To conducting sample analysis of water, fry, shrimp or raw material (chemical), water quality, bacteria, plankton or virology based on current SOP or guideline.

3. To do documentation and reporting for all analysis or records of laboratory activities (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)

4. To do analysis or study which could positively impact on department or company improvement by using current information, new techniques, or research.

5. To perform equipment inventory, cleaning, sterilizing, preparation, and calibration, as well as media and reagent preparation for any laboratory analysis.

6. To do monitoring of farm biosecurity protocols regularly, scheduled or unplanned sampling for disease checking.

7. To prepare sample for laboratory operation or testing, either internal or external laboratory.

8. To do documentation and preparation of either internal or external audit process.

9. To maintain company assets, inventory, or properties under Laboratory and QAQC department.

10. To do data entry into SAP system which includes purchase requisitions, purchase order and other related paperwork.

11. To liaise and communicate with other staffs from other departments or third party for any arising matter.

12. To make analysis, decision, and reports of Laboratory data analysis.

13. To provide and give ideas for the progress of shrimps farming, developments in shrimps farming, changing seasons, new methods, and so on. If possible, do a trial.

14. To do a trial as per suggestion by management.

15. To assess subordinates, provides supervision as needed. If the subordinate still makes a mistake gives a verbal warning, written warning or warning and make recommendation to superior for further action.

16. To assist in yearly budget & manage/monitor/control Laboratory activities to optimum evaluated Department cost and budget.

17. To ensure cleanliness and upkeep of Laboratory & QAQC office.

18. To assist the QAQC team.

19. To do ad-hoc tasks such as trials, investigations, and others.

20. Performs other duties as assigned by Management or CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• aquaculture/marine: 1 year (Preferred)
• Laboratory experience: 3 years (Required)
• QA/QC: 3 years (Required)
