Responsibilities:

• Posting cash receipts in the ERP system, following up on auto cash.
• Resolving problems related to cash application and sales invoice batch posting for the appropriate entities.
• Performing transfers of cash (both internal and external).
• Updating customer accounts based on the Credit Manager's requests.
• Following up on the billing due list.
• Releasing/creating credit/debit notes.
• Performing month-end closing activities for the appropriate entities, preparing reconciliations; and analyzing any AR to GL differences.
• Maintaining backup functions for other team members.
• Supporting audit requests if required.
• Communicating with other parties for cash application processing (Collections, CS, AP, GL, Credit etc.).

Required Skills:

• Fluency in written and spoken English; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• Technology-savvy; able to work using Microsoft Excel and eager to learn about new systems.
• Have a growth mindset and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability in time and planning management.
• Act as a team player.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Available for 6 months internship.
