Job Vacancy: Front Desk Receptionist & Administration

​Location: Melaka Raya

​Job Scope & Responsibilities:

​1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly, professional, and warm manner.

​2. Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling room reservations.

​3. Perform general administrative duties to support hotel operations.

​4. Prepare, update, and submit accurate daily or weekly operational reports.

5. ​Manage document filing and ensure all paperwork is highly organized and securely stored.

​6. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and direct guest inquiries effectively.

​7. Ensure the reception and lobby areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

​Candidate Requirements

​- Relevant working experience in hospitality, customer service, or administration is highly preferred.

​- Strong proficiency in both Chinese and Malay to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.

​- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

​- Capable of handling administrative tasks and filing paperwork efficiently.

​Compensation & Work Environment

​Basic Salary: RM 1,700

​Total Earnings:

Up to RM 2,100++ (Inclusive of Basic Salary + Overtime / OT + Public Holiday ).

air-conditioned, and professional boutique hotel setting.
