Position Summary :

Improving, maintaining & completing measurement and communicating results and status during and after product release. Responsible for product specifications are met and ensuring company procedure and policies on the production floor.

Jab Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspection check on goods and production process

2. Adhere to quality regulation and safety.

3. Perform part dimension measurements ( FAI, SPC & First piece buy-off ).for quality standard compliance and tally with blueprint specification.

4. Audit, inspect and monitor assemblies and production parts as needed.

5. Perform inspection on changes to existing products as well as new products and perform test on them to ensure the requirements are complied with.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree preferred

• One to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to read blue print, drawings and BOM preferred.

• Periodic on call weekend duties for coverage of manufacturing
