• Data Analysis on Operation SOT, TAT, Long Tail. Root cause classification. Highlight area of improvement.
• Service Adoption on Utilization tracking
• Cost saving OSS Cal spending analysis, expense tracking
• Quality and operations tracking on Panda Test card development request, status, priority and completion tracking
• Outsourcing vendors TAT tracking

• Bachelor in Business Analytics or Bachelor in Data Science
• Basic knowledge in database management and application
• Basic knowledge in Excel Macro, Power BI
