KAIFA TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Jobs September 2026

Work experience (including technical/ professional training and qualification) in:

• At least 3 years working experience in the manufacturing field
• Knowledge in SMT, Automation, AOI, manual insertion, selective solder and mechanical assembly processes is required for this position.
• Good SPC and communication skill.

Job responsibilities:

To support SMT line or Backend line setup, Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

To work on machine performance improvement to meet target product yield and machine uptime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
