Administrative Executive (3PL)

Location: Dato' Onn, Johor Bahru (Relocating to Kulai, Johor soon)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | Office Hours

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 (Depending on experience)

About the role

• Prepare and maintain logistics and warehouse documentation.
• Process data entry and update records accurately.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, customers, and transport teams.
• Handle inventory reports and filing.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare reports and support the operations team when required.

About you

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners from China.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
