Jawatan Kosong Human Resources Assistant in Segamat

Job Description:

An HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. Their duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, attendance and managing communications for the HR department.

• Perform a full spectrum of HR activities such as personnel administration (proper record organization), compliance with statutory rules, employee movement process (exchange / promotion / confirmation / resignation), employee benefits and any such activities.
• Provide HR support in recruitment from human resources to placement, compiling job advertisements and facilitating interviews and follow -up to identify suitable candidates for mid -level recruitment.
• Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, salary increase letters and other related letters.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
• Work experience of one years and above as an HR Executive/Officer/Assistant or fresh graduate
• Familiar with labor law
• Positive, proactive and highly motivated individuals
• Ability to multi -task, good planning, coordination and follow -up skills.
• Creative and able to provide options and solutions.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
