Jawatan Kosong F & B Supervisor in Kuala Kangsar

-Bertanggungjawab dalam operasi harian di Jabatan Food & Baverages (F&B) Sayong Resort.

- Bertanggungjawab ke atas kualiti servis dan produk yang disediakan kepada pelanggan.

- Menyediakan laporan jualan, kos perbelanjaan dan rekod jualan mingguan dan bulanan.

- Mengurus selia sistem Online Jualan (Storehub).

- Mengurus operasi jualan D’Cafe dan event berdasarkan tempahan dibuat.

- Bekerjasama dengan semua jabatan yang berkenaan bagi sebarang event dan operasi yang berkenaan.

- Bertanggungjawab ke atas kebersihan, keselamatan dan keselesaan pekerja dan pelanggan.

- Membuat tempahan bahan masakan dan barang keperluan F&B.

- Memeriksa bekalan yang dihantar oleh pembekal untuk kuantiti,kesegaran dan kualiti bahan bekalan.

- Mengawal selia semua pekerja bawahannya menjalankan tugas dengan sempurna dan tingkah laku terhadap pelanggan mengikut prosedur & standard yang ditetapkan syarikat.

- Menyediakan jadual kerja yang bersesuai dengan keadaan semasa.

- Komunikasi dan melapor terus ke Pengurus Besar untuk sebarang urusan melibatkan operasi dan pengurusan Jabatan F&B.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
