CLIENT: HOSPITAL CONTRACTOR

A Site Engineer in a hospital contracting environment is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction or M&E site works
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and hospital representatives
• Monitor project progress and report site status to Project Manager
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with:
• Hospital safety standards
• Infection control requirements
• OSHA regulations
• Cleanroom/HVAC requirements where applicable
• Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and documentation
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Assist in testing & commissioning activities
• Resolve technical/site issues promptly
• Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations during works

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
