Kami adalah syarikat pengedar minyak pelincir & alat ganti kenderaan (kawasan Pantai Timur) memerlukan seorang Admin/Stock Assistant di lokasi berikut:

Eddie Lubricants Sdn Bhd,

No. 14, Jalan Jaya Gading 2,

Kwsn Industri Jaya Gading,

26070 Kuantan, Pahang.

Deskripsi Jawatan:

i. Menjaga aliran stok masuk & keluar

ii. Membuat pengiraan stok

iii. Menyediakan report berkaitan sales & purchasing

iv. Membuat Invoice dengan menggunakan sistem AutoCount Accounting.

v. Memastikan semua penghantaran dihantar dan diterima dengan chop & tandatangan

vi. Membuat filing supaya invois mempunyai susunan nombor yg betul

vii. Membantu untuk menyemak stok yang akan dihantar setiap hari

viii. Membantu dalam data key in jika diminta oleh sales supervisor

ix. Melakukan kerja-kerja am

x. Boleh melakukan pelbagai tugas pada masa yang sama

xi. Cepat belajar & memahami tugas yang diberikan.

Umur : Perempuan (20-35 tahun)

Kelulusan : Mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam pelbagai bidang

Lain-lain:

i. Boleh bekerjasama & mempunyai attitude yang positif

ii. Pandai dalam pengiraan Matematik

Gaji : RM 1,700 - RM 2,000 (bergantung kepada pengalaman kerja) + KWSP + PERKESO
