Jawatan Kosong Production Supervisor in Tiram

Daily Operation

· Oversee and execute day-to-day production operations.

· To communicate daily/weekly/monthly objectives to production team.

· Oversee, coaching and support production team performance to ensure smooth and efficient process.

· Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and schedules

· Identify area of improvements to achieve efficiency and effectiveness, maximize quality in a profitable manner.

· Ensure all goods rejection are properly handled and disposed.

· Handling of scrap and valuable disposable wastage to maximize the return value.

· Check production output to ensure on time delivery.

· Arrange for subcon job

· Lead stock take activities.

· Provide training for skills development.

· Manage production / warehouse / driver timetables.

· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Vehicle, Machinery & Equipment

· Provide training on the safe use of machineries and equipment

· Schedule regular maintenance for all assets and ensure the maintenance record are up-to-date.

· Ensure all the vehicle drivers are properly trained

Reporting

· Maintain OT Requisition Form and Leave Form.

· Ensure resolving all JO pending for supervisor’s attention in system.

· Ensure all documentations are cleared within the allowable time frame.

· Conduct half yearly review for subordinates’ performance.

Safety & Cleanliness

· Ensure safe operation of machineries and vehicles.

· Execution and maintenance of 5S.

· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company SOP.

· Maintain high standard of workplace safety and cleanliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
