Jawatan Kosong Human Resouce Manager in Ipoh

The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The primary role is to ensure the company's human resources operations are efficient, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the overall business goals. The HR Manager will be involved in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
  • Address employee grievances and provide mediation when necessary.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend improvements.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when needed.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation under legal requirements.

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Participate in organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Meal provided

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Bahasa (Preferred)
