Position: Human Resource Manager

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000

Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for employees across all branches to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to improve performance and productivity based on KPI data.
• Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for clinical and nonclinical roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain a talent pipeline to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
• Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
• Review and update employee compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health coverage, leave entitlements, and incentives.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor staff allocation across branches to meet operational requirements efficiently.
