Responsibilities

• Develop detailed event plans and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics: venue setup, catering, transportation, accommodation
• Manage registrations, invitations, and RSVPs
• Secure services and products from vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery and setup of materials
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Handle on-site issues smoothly
• Maintain budgets and track expenses
• Prepare event materials
• Manage stakeholder communication
• Collect feedback
• Evaluate success and prepare reports
• Identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• 2+ years in event management
• Proven track record of successful events
• Experience with large or medium-scale international or corporate events
• Financial reporting and budgeting skills
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent vendor management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Well-organized and able to multitask
• Stress management skills
