Responsibilities: Primary Function
Ensure compliance and conformance for overall HTC lab equipment buyoff and intermediate check in the areas of Safety, Regulatory, and Environmental Testing. To own and manage the overall labs equipment buyoff and intermediate check methodology.
Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HTC’s:

• Lab equipment buyoff
• Lab equipment Intermediate Check
• Lab equipment calibration
• Lab ambient
• Lab expansion and re-layout / consolidation activities
• Lab 5S and good practices proliferation

• Enhance own technical skills and knowledge for Safety/EMC/ETM areas to support the lab operations.
• Work on continuous improvement for HTC Lab operations in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure readiness of lab operating supplies and consumables for continuous lab operation.
• To guide the overall HTC team in equipment buyoff and intermediate check methodologies.
• Ensure readiness of HTC Labs for any applicable audits.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure close collaboration on equipment tests and alternative test methods when necessary.
• Work on assigned projects when required.
• Scheduled equipment calibration & OOT finding ownership.
• Well verse on the ISO17025 requirements as a guidance to ensure lab compliance
• Continuous operation output improvement – test time study to improve turn around time.
• Classification on shipment.

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent with 2-4 years’ relevant experience.
