Jawatan Kosong Accounts Assistant in Ipoh

Job Description:

  • To input all invoices into SQL accounting system.
  • To extract trial balance from PMS system and input them into SQL accounting system.
  • To check on Cash Deposit (check, tally and key cash deposit to SQL).
  • To prepare utilities report for checking and payment (Electricity, Water and Sewerage).
  • To perform filling for all hotel operation documents.
  • To perform bank reconciliation for all the companies.
  • Must be familiar and able to handle oversee currency.
  • To update on F&B operating equipment's inventory replacement and linen replacement report.
  • To prepare payment voucher, payment summary and analysis twice a month for payment.
  • To perform Front Office general cashiering checking.
  • Prepare and file general cashier summary, cash amount and security cash deposit reconciliation summary.
  • Update cash count summary and security cash deposit reconciliation summary into SQL.
  • To conduct reconciliation of supplier statements against SQL system.
  • To perform monthly accrual provision and reversals.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
  • Check spreadsheet for accuracy.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of the team and take direction accurately.
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
  • Administrative skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
