Operation Manager at Burghub.co Bukit Banyan Sungai Petani

Burger Restaurant

● SPM , Diploma or Degree

● At least 2 years experience in food & beverage management and min 1 years as Manager in Charge

● Strong leadership skill with a passion for fostering a positive team environment ●Proficiency in restaurant operation including inventory management and cost control .

Responsibility

●Provide leadership and manage restaurant in achieving company goal

●management of restaurant float , petty cash , sales and stock .

●Handling of paperwork efficiently ( invoice, purchasing, ordering, budgeting, report, submitting feedback , inventory, etc )

● Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Early shift
• Evening shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Attendance bonus
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
