Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM above., Certificate, Diploma
• Well verse in MS Excel. Experience in project accounting system will be an added advantage.
• Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good attitude and responsible character.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying Perform data entry

• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

Prepare and modify documents including invoices, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Able to start work immediately.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
