Skop Kerja Full-Time Tutor & Content Creator

1. Mengajar

• Mengajar Matematik & Sains Tahun 4–6.
• Mengendalikan kelas dalam kumpulan kecil.
• Menyediakan bahan, latihan dan aktiviti pembelajaran.
• Membantu pelajar membuat persediaan untuk UASA dan aktiviti akhir tahun.
• Memantau perkembangan dan kelemahan setiap pelajar.
• Menyediakan laporan perkembangan pelajar.

2. Menguruskan Kelas

• Memastikan bahan mengajar disediakan sebelum kelas.
• Mengambil attendance pelajar.
• Memastikan ruang kelas kemas sebelum dan selepas kelas.
• Membantu mengurus program dan aktiviti StudySpace.
• Berkomunikasi dengan baik bersama team StudySpace.

3. Content & Student Recruitment

Tutor juga akan terlibat dalam menghasilkan content untuk memperkenalkan StudySpace kepada parents.

Antara tugasan:

• Membuat video pendek berkaitan pembelajaran Matematik, Sains dan sifir.
• Membuat content mengajak parents mendaftarkan anak ke Kelas Sifir Percuma StudySpace.
• Muncul dalam video promosi StudySpace.
• Membantu rakam suasana kelas dan aktiviti pelajar.
• Menghasilkan idea content pendidikan yang simple dan menarik.
• Membantu meningkatkan awareness dan pendaftaran pelajar StudySpace melalui content.

Tak perlu jadi influencer atau pandai editing profesional. Yang penting selesa bercakap depan kamera, natural dan boleh ikut idea/script yang diberikan.

Kriteria Yang Kami Cari

• Minimum Diploma/Degree.
• Mempunyai asas Matematik yang baik.
• Boleh mengajar murid sekolah rendah dengan sabar dan mesra.
• Ceria dan boleh berinteraksi dengan kanak-kanak.
• Bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja secara berdikari.
• Selesa bercakap dan muncul dalam video.
• Boleh menggunakan Canva/CapCut adalah satu kelebihan.
• Ada pengalaman mengajar/tuisyen adalah satu kelebihan.
• Tidak garang atau menggunakan pendekatan kasar terhadap pelajar.
