Jawatan Kosong SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE in Melaka

Salary Range: RM1800 - RM2,500 + Commission + Internet provide + bonus perfomance

Working Days: Flexible hours.

Location: Plaza Semabok Melaka.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Merancang dan melaksanakan kempen pemasaran
• Menguruskan pelancaran promosi seperti diskaun, acara khas, atau menu baharu.
• Menguruskan akaun media sosial restoran seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan lain-lain.
• Berinteraksi dengan pengikut di media sosial untuk meningkatkan penglibatan pelanggan.
• Menyediakan bahan promosi seperti poster, voucher dan banner.
• Bekerjasama dengan pereka grafik untuk memastikan bahan promosi adalah menarik dan konsisten dengan jenama restoran.
• Menyediakan aktiviti promosi di luar restoran seperti di festival makanan atau pameran perdagangan.
• Menetapkan dan mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan dan tahunan.
• Menganalisis dan Menguruskan data jualan dan menyediakan laporan prestasi jualan kepada pengurusan.
• Melakukan kajian pasaran untuk memahami keperluan dan kehendak pelanggan.
• Melatih kakitangan restoran tentang teknik jualan dan cara memberikan layanan pelanggan yang baik.
• Memberi sokongan dan bimbingan kepada pasukan jualan untuk mencapai sasaran mereka.
• Menjalankan kerjasama dengan influencer atau blogger makanan untuk meningkatkan pendedahan restoran.
• Mengumpul data base pelanggan baru dan membuat kajian tentang maklum balas dari pelanggan.
