Job Responsibilities

• Introduce products and attract customers' interest
• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchasing decisions
• Highlight product benefits, features and current promotions
• Deliver friendly service and ensure customers have a good shopping experience
• Maintain proper product placement and keep the display area tidy
• Ensure products are sufficiently stocked and arranged according to outlet requirements
• Observe competitor brands, pricing and promotional activities
• Update the team on daily sales performance and any issues at the outlet

Job Requirements

• Sales, retail or promoter experience is an advantage
• Confident and comfortable dealing with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, proactive and willing to approach customers
• Able to work towards assigned sales objectives
• Can work well with outlet teams and independently when required
• Reliable and able to commit to the agreed part-time schedule
