- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
- Monitor and track order status to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory and shipping schedules.
- Support the sales team in forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service.
